The Metallica “All Within My Hands” Concert and Auction is open to all ages. Travel Packages can only be purchased by guests 21 years or older.  All package purchasers will be contacted 7-10 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time and instructions on where to pick up tickets and package inclusions. Such information will be sent by Metallicatravel@superfan.live to the email address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us at Metallicatravel@superfan.live immediately.

Merchandise items included in your package will be available for pickup at the Travel Package Will Call located at the hotel at predetermined times that will be communicated in advance. All merchandise must be collected onsite and will not be mailed if you do not check in. If you need to add an alternate pick-up name, please contact Metallicatravel@superfan.live within 10 days of purchase. You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order will be turned away.You may be required to sign a waiver and release of liability. By purchasing a Travel Package, you consent to have your photograph taken at the event. These images may appear in a collective album that will be visible by other event attendees. Certain images may be shared by Superfan, the photographer, and/or the artist for promotional purposes. Events, dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, package programs, and amenities may vary and are subject to change and cancellation at any time.

All sales, purchases and partial purchases under a payment plan are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. If purchasing using a payment plan, if you fail to make a payment for any reason, you may void your package and purchase and you will not receive a refund. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred. Please note this offer is not valid if this ticket was purchased via a Third-Party Ticket Outlet/Site or Fan to Fan Resale. If you have made a purchase as part of a Payment Plan, you agree that the credit card that you have on file with Tixr will be charged for the amounts and on the dates set forth in the Payment Schedule outlined during your purchase process. You agree that if such credit card expires, is invalid, is deleted or is otherwise not capable of effecting payment on the dates set forth in your Payment Schedule, we and/or the Ticketing Website will give you notice to the email you provided above and a period of 10 days to effect the payment. If we do not receive payment within such period, this Agreement will be deemed to be canceled and all prior amounts will be forfeited. Once your Initial Down Payment is received, the price of the Purchased Items will not change. The Purchased Items will be set aside and held until the Final Payment made. You may pay the remaining balance at any time prior to the Final Payment. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not seek a “chargeback” or any type of payment reversal for any reason from the company whose credit card you used to purchase your package. Should you do so, your package may be canceled, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future package purchases.If you participate in a Payment Plan, you understand and agree that the Payment Plan is subject to the terms of the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”).You hereby acknowledge your awareness that: (i) you are not being assessed a finance charge for participating in the Payment Plan; (ii) the Balance is not subject to any assessed interest; (iii) you are not subject to any pre-payment penalty for paying the Balance in advance of the designated Payment Plan dates; and (iv) Late Payment Plan payments are subject to the terms herein. You hereby further acknowledge that you have been provided with all necessary information relating to the purchase of your package and your participation in the Payment Plan, and that Producer has your express authorization to process payment of the Balance and the Payment Plan.

The artist, tour promoter, ticketing company, venue and any other affiliated parties reserve the right to sell additional items not currently listed, including but not limited to concert tickets or additional packages, at their sole discretion. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the guest at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.

By purchasing this package, you consent to receive promotional and marketing email and SMS from Superfan. You may opt-out of such promotional and marketing messaging at any time. Superfan will make its best efforts to accommodate name changes in accordance with the hotel policies, but cannot guarantee them. Please contact Metallicatravel@superfan.live.

If in the event Superfan is unable to supply the original accommodation as stated at the time of the booking, alternative Hotel accommodation at the same standard or above will be given. In the unlikely event Superfan is unable to supply an alternative Hotel at a same or higher standard than originally booked, then a partial refund will be offered reflecting the difference in value of the accommodation. You are responsible for ensuring that you adhere to instructions provided by Superfan in respect to your Hotel Policies, including check-in, arrival, and check-out times. Superfan cannot be liable for any loss or expense suffered by guests because of their late arrival or failure to adhere to procedure provided in accordance with Hotel check-in/arrival instructions if applicable. If you are a non-US resident, you and the other members of your party may be required to provide Passport or approved identification at the Hotel check-in. Hotel accommodation is sold without any meals included and this is clearly stated on the Hotel Booking Information and confirmation. All additional items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and must be settled directly with the Hotel. You will be required to provide a credit card on arrival at the Hotel to cover any damages, room service or mini-bar purchases. Anyone who cannot provide this may be denied check-in. No food and/or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the hotel. Superfan can accept no responsibility or offer refunds or compensation in respect to the purchasers and / or their party’s rejection from the Hotel, Venue, or other package activities if their behavior was deemed as dangerous to themselves or other guests, or socially (or otherwise) unacceptable. Superfan advises all Travel Package customers to carry adequate travel insurance. In the event of a change of show date, show cancellation, or major event disruption, the ticket and experience portion of the package is fully exchangeable to the new date or fully refundable. The hotel portion of the booking is non-refundable due to the contractual obligations between Superfan and the Hotel operator. Compensation cannot be offered for other expenses incurred by the purchaser.

‍LOUD MUSIC AND SPECIAL EFFECTS WARNING: Attendees of the Event may be subject to extremely loud music and sounds, as well as, strobe, hydro, pyrotechnic, animatronic, fireworks, lighting and other special effects, including, without limitation, flashing lights, rapidly changing or alternating images, the use of fog, haze or smoke with theatrical stage lighting, laser projections and fireworks. Women who are pregnant and/or individuals who suffer from certain health conditions, including seizures, light sensitivity or any other health condition that could be aggravated by these special effects should consider this warning before entering or remaining on the Event premises, as such special effects may cause or induce seizures, diminished or hearing loss and other health conditions.
