Q: I purchased a travel package but my confirmation email states that I have one (1) Ticket, do I need to purchase more tickets for my other package guests?

A: No! Since you purchased one (1) travel package, your receipt will state that you have one (1) ticket. Your one (1) travel package will contain either two (2) or four (4) concert tickets.

Q: When will travel packages go on sale?

A: Travel Packages go on sale Monday, September 23rd at 10am Local Time. Travel Packages are not password protected.

‍Q: How far is my hotel from the concert venue?

A: Please check your hotel’s amenity page to see the distance to the venue.

Q: Are there any additional fees charged on top of my package price?

A: All fees are listed on the travel package page and in advance of your purchase to ensure guests understand the full cost of their package and any associated fees.

Q: Can I use a payment plan for the travel packages?

A: Yes, you will have the option of selecting a payment plan at the time of purchase.

Q:  How do payment plans work for the travel packages?

A: If you choose to opt into the payment plan - a deposit of 25% will be due at the time of purchase, with equal payments of your remaining balance automatically processed on:

11/15/24
12/15/24
1/15/25
2/15/25
3/15/25

Payment plans started on/after 11/15 will require a deposit of 25% down plus any payments listed up to that date.

Q. Can I pay for the Travel Package using more than one credit card?

A. Yes, you can use more than one credit card by changing your payment method by using the TicketsToday self-serve option online.

Q. How old do I have to be to purchase a Travel Package?

A.You must be 21 years old to purchase a Travel Package. Your guest(s)/group can be under 21. The Metallica concerts are all ages.

Q: When will I find out my hotel details?

A: You can find all details about your hotel in the hotel amenity section of the Metallica Travel website. For any information about the hotel not included on our site, please contact the hotel directly.

All additional information about hotel packages, including check-in time and location, will be emailed out 7-10 days before the event. We recommend checking your spam inbox for these emails if you do not see them.

If you have not received this communication 7 days before the show, please contact us at metallicatravel@superfan.live.

The information you provide at the time of purchase (name, email) will be the same information used for email contact and hotel reservation. Please make sure to provide an active email and phone number so that we can give you all of the information you will need about your experience.

Q: What information do I require for check-in at the hotel?

A: US Nationals and residents, please ensure you provide an approved photo ID with you such as a driver’s license or passport. If you are an international visitor, you must provide a passport to check in. The hotel will also ask for a credit card at check-in in order to charge you directly for extras such as room service and other additional incidentals. Do not worry! Your hotel room is fully paid for in advance; you will only be charged for extra items.

‍Q: How many people can stay in my hotel room?

A: Each room is designed to accommodate the number of guests specified in your booking. A King room is suitable for up to 2 people, with 1 King bed. A 2 Queens room or 2 Doubles room can also accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 Queen beds. Please ensure your party matches the room type you've booked.

Q: How many rooms come with a 4 Person Package?

A: A King room has one King Bed, and is for one to two people only. The Queen and Double rooms each have two Queen beds or two Double beds and can accommodate up to four people per room.

‍Q: Do you have any larger group or family rooms?

A: Rooms are booked with either 1 bed or 2 beds. There are unfortunately no larger rooms available.

‍Q: I would like to stay an extra night at the hotel. What should I do?

A: If you would like to stay any additional nights at the hotel outside of the package nights, we recommend you book directly with the hotel. After booking, email us your reservation number and order number and we can connect the two reservations.Please ensure that you have booked the same room type as your package so that we are able to connect your reservations.

Q: I booked my own extra night at the hotel, can I combine my reservations so I do not have to switch rooms?

A: If you have booked the same room type as your package, we are able to connect your reservations. Please contact us at metallicatravel@superfan.live with this request.

‍Q: Will transportation be provided from the hotel to the concert?

A: Transportation is available as a package add-on in select cities. Transportation add-on’s are available in:
Syracuse, NY
Blacksburg, VA
Landover, MD
Tampa, FL
Houston, TX

‍Q: I am driving to the hotel. Is there parking available?

A: Parking is available at each hotel but rates and availability may vary. Please note that hotel parking is not included as part of your package, and must be purchased through the hotel at an additional cost.

‍Q: When do I check in and check out of my hotel?

A: Please check your hotel’s amenity page for check in and check out times. Your hotel information will be emailed to you 7-10 days before the event.

‍Q: Is breakfast included in my reservation?

A: Please check your hotel’s amenity page to confirm if breakfast is included at your travel package hotel.

‍Q: Is airfare provided?

A: No, airfare is not included in your travel package.

‍Q: Is there transportation provided to and from the airport and hotel?

A: No, transportation between the hotel and airport is not included.

‍Q: Where do I collect my merchandise?

A: All package elements will be picked up at the Travel Package Will Call at the hotel. Your hotel details will be emailed to you 7-10 days prior to the event.

‍Q: Where do I collect my concert tickets?

A: Tickets will only be available for pickup at the Travel Package Will Call at the hotel. Your hotel details will be emailed to you 7-10 days prior to the event.

Q: I purchased a package as a gift for someone else and am not attending.

A: All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. For packages that are purchased as a gift, please reach out to Metallicatravel@superfan.live within 48 hours to update the guest name.

Q: Is it okay to buy packages from third party vendors like StubHub?

A: Ticket bundles and experiences will not be valid if they have been purchased through any other platform other than TicketsToday. Tickets and packages will be voided and it is unlikely the 3rd party vendor will issue you with a refund. Please only book your package through TicketsToday.

Q: Can my room be close to my friends?

A: For proximity requests please reach out to metallicatravel@superfan.live with the Purchaser Names of both packages as well as the TicketsToday order numbers. While proximity requests are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Q: Can you build custom travel packages?

A: If you are interested in a custom travel package, please reach out to metallicatravel@superfan.live and we will make our best effort to accommodate your request.

Q: Are there accessible options within the Metallica Travel Program that include a ticket to the show?

A: Yes! Before you book your ticket or Travel Package, please contact us ahead of your purchase at metallicatravel@superfan.live.

Q: How do I request accessible seating for the concert?

A: For ADA accommodation and seating, please contact us ahead of your purchase at metallicatravel@superfan.live.

Q: Is accessible transportation available if I purchase a shuttle add-on?

A: Yes, accessible transportation can be provided if requested in advance. Please contact us at metallicatravel@superfan.live to make this request.

Q: What is the difference between "Snake Pit" and "GA" tickets?

A: The GA ticket is an unreserved standing ticket on the floor of the stadium. The "Snake Pit" is an exclusive standing section located in the middle of the stage.

A: Yes, there will be local sales tax plus a ticket processing fee added to your package price. All tax and fees will be listed during the check out process before you purchase.

Q: Can I use a payment plan for the travel packages?

A: Yes, you will have the option of selecting a payment plan at the time of purchase.

Q:  How do payment plans work for the travel packages?

A: When purchasing a travel package using the payment plan, you will need to put 25% down at the time of purchase. The exact amount of the deposit will be based on the travel package you choose. The remaining balance of your package will be split evenly into payments charged on the 19th of each month until the final payment is due starting on November 19th 2024 and with the final payment due on July 19th, 2025.  

Q. Can I pay for the Travel Package using more than one credit card?
